The 1031 transaction included three national credit-secured properties in Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, and Northampton, MA. The borrower was up against a tight timeframe and banks were unable to provide a quick closing or surety of execution. We were able to close the deal in just two weeks with no appraisal, allowing the borrower to complete their 1031 transaction and giving them time until they find permanent financing.
