Closed- Gas Station Deal in Foreclosure
Gelt Financial has just closed a blanket loan on owner-occupied gas stations and C-stores in New Jersey.
The current Bank called the loan due and put them in foreclosure and we were able to help this borrower pay off their existing loan encumbering two gas stations. Our loan allows the borrower to keep their property while restructuring the management of these two as well as their other investment properties.
