Jack: Hello, this is Jack and Marcy again, here to tell you about a loan. A loan we just closed. When was it closed, Marcy? Whatever. It was just closed like a week ago.

Marcy: This deal we closed in New Jersey. It was a rent control high-rise condo in Jersey City. The borrower didn’t have the best credit, had some issues that he couldn’t get past. So, he came to us for financing, and he had a private loan on the deal, and we were able to take him out of that, out of that loan for him. And we’re, like, knowing people, they wouldn’t have done this deal.
Jack: Closed the deal very quickly. He also didn’t have verifiable income. He tried to go to banks and credit unions and other lenders; everyone said no. We said yes. Did I leave anything out, Marcy?
Marcy: No, and it was a really smooth transaction. And honestly, we did it without an appraisal; we comped it out because of the area.
