Closed Loan, Gelt was able to assist this borrower obtain financing for her vacant Single-Family investment property in upstate NY. The property has been vacant for some while and with minimal documentation we were able to refinance her property with a no income verification program. She is going to use the cash out to improve the property and get it on the market for lease. When your Bank Says No We say yes
