Cash out refinance, No income Verification Investment Property in Pennsylvania
We are pleased to provide financing for a real estate investor on a cash-out refinance on an investment property in Pennsylvania. The borrower cashed out to pay tax liens as well as pursue additional investments. This was done as a No Income Verification and No Tax Returns deal that closed in less than 30 days.
