Closed Loan, No Income Verification Cash out Refinance on Partially Occupied Offices
We were able to assist a borrower with cash-out refinance out on his 3 unit medical office building in Green Bay, WI with limited documentation.
The building has 3 units one of which the borrower occupies. One of his 3 units was vacant from a recently moved tenant we were able to get the loan funded to allow the borrower to rehab the unit to accommodate his new tenant moving in January 2018.
We were able to get the loan funded prior to the new tenant moving in with only a signed lease and a copy of the deposit check.
