Gelt Financial just closed a $225K First Mortgage on an owner-occupied restaurant in Citrus Springs, FL. Our borrower bought both the restaurant and real estate. They needed a private mortgage so we provided creative financing in the form of a sale leaseback. This borrower decided to sell their asset to Gelt and we promptly leased the property back to them. This loan was short-term with a quick close.
