JUST CLOSED IN WARREN, OHIO!
Gelt Financial is excited to announce we just closed a Dollar General in Warren, OH. This First Mortgage was for a repeat borrower and needed to close FAST. The borrower used our private funding for a ground-up construction project for Dollar General. This loan was a modification and used for a cash-out refinance. The asset quickly became stabilized and cash-flowing with a national credit tenant. Our expert team made it happen in less than two weeks.
