Gelt offers commercial mortgage products that banks don’t, as an example. No Income Verification commercial Mortgages programs, Credit Problem Loans, Loans to LLC’s and Bridge loans. We offer amortizations up to 30 years.
Through affiliates, Gelt also makes loans to companies in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy with Debtor in Possession financing, as well as Preferred Equity investments and Subordinated Debt on commercial properties.
