Jack Miller featured at the Crittenden Real Estate Finance Conference in Miami
For 43 years, The Crittenden Real Estate Finance Conference has been the industry’s leading educational and networking event. This two-and-a-half-day conference caters to CRE professionals and featured nine hours of educational sessions and networking opportunities. H. Jack Miller of Gelt Financial, LLC was honored to be a panelist in the panel titled Retail: Reinvention or Redevelopment during the noon session on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Jack was grateful to share his expertise during this session with fellow panelists Paul Morfogen, Managing Director, LMF Commercial, and Don Mango, Managing Director of UC Funds. The panel was moderated by Greg Schecher Director Southeast Originations of Archway Capital. During this session, Jack spoke about Gelt Financial’s experience in the retail space and shared details on properties his team has provided both debt and equity on. Gelt is a leading capital provider, focused on First Mortgage Debt, Mezzanine Financing, Preferred Equity, and JV equity. Gelt is able to offer financing properties with limited documents, auction purchase financing, opportunity capital as well as note on note financing.
The conference provided the perfect platform for property owners and lenders to meet, network, and discuss the latest strategies for new acquisitions, development, and refinancing in a post-covid environment. As stated by Frank. Carmel, Founder of Carmel & Carmel, P.C, “A terrific program filled with leaders of the industry. Great opportunities to talk directly to those with money and those in need.”
