Humana Health Care, Bridge Mortgage Dayton, Ohio
We are pleased to provide first Mortgage Bridge financing on a Single tenant Humana Health Care deal in Dayton, OH. The borrower came to us who owed a free standing building that was a Dollar Tree and he recently signed new leased with Humana Health Care. We approved the deal within 30 minutes and were ready to close it within a few days. We closed the mortgage without an appraisal, the borrower needed to close very fast and could not go to a traditional lender due to credit and other issues.
