Debtor in Possession/ DIP Financing Loan approved
Gelt Financial, LLC in partners with our sister company DIP lending, LLC we have approved two Debtor in Possession (DIP) deals in the last few days.
In both cases we were able to issue approvals within hours of being presented the opportunities. We instantly got a handle on deal, the goals and desires of the borrower. We verbally went over the terms, time lines and when agreed to presented the borrowers a term sheet.
Because we are private portfolio lenders we have the ability to meet the needs and customize the terms of the financing and deal to the situation and circumstances.
