Closed First Mortgage on Gas Station- C Store
We were very pleased and excited to provide first mortgage purchase money financing to a hard working businessman who managed the business and got the opportunity to purchase it, using our financing. The gas station, C-Store also had a self service car wash attached to it and was located in Memphis, Tennessee. While banks would not do this deal, Gelt welcomed the opportunity.
Gelt focuses on the collateral, and cash flow to repay the loan and is not as hyper focused on some of the things that banks are, allowing us to provide financing when banks don’t.
