Gelt Financial is excited to announce the closing of a $600k First Mortgage in Metuchen, NJ. This private mortgage was a refinance for an owner occupied, multi-tenant, office building. We required limited documentation, no income verification, and no credit verification. Via a broker relationship, this bridge loan secured by investment property was brought to our attention. We quickly closed with short-term financing and flexible terms. The ballooning note needed to be paid off so we provided refinancing to catch up our borrower.
