Gelt Financial, a direct non-bank commercial real estate Lender and Investor announced that it is relocating from Delray Beach, Florida to Boca Raton, Florida. Beginning August 19, 2022 Gelt Financial’ s new principal place of business will be 6401 Congress Ave, Suite 215, Boca Raton, FL 33499 and it’s phone number will stay the same 561-221-0900.

Founded in 1989 Gelt Financial has been a reliable and steady source of financing for real estate investors and small business owners who don’t want, don’t have the time or can’t go to a bank for their financing needs. Gelt has been active in the acquisitions of sub and non-preforming commercial mortgage debt as well as investing in real estate by providing JV equity or buying the property themselves.
