Gelt Financial closed on a $1.2MM First Mortgage in Atlanta, GA. This office building was in a highly desired location, and they needed to close FAST. The vacant property was purchased by a musician and decided to turn this empty building into his owner-occupied business. He had no income report, and we moved forward on this collateral-based mortgage. The borrower hopes to renovate the building and turn this office into his studio. We made it happen in four business days for a quick close.
