“Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Not sure when you’re gonna watch this, but I’m Marcy Berger, and I work for Gelt Financial. I’ve been here for over three years, and I work as a commercial lender. My position here is basically everything; I underwrite the loans, I deal with the mortgage brokers, I service the loans afterwards. If it’s a rehab, you deal with me to get your drawers; you never get rid of me for the whole process. It’s a great place to get a loan; we have a lot of people out of different situations. It’s just me, and you deal with me and Jack and our whole team. It’s a very family-run business, and we are basically trying to put kindness out into the world and help people.
