JUST CLOSED IN ENGLEWOOD, FLORIDA!
Gelt just closed a $235K First Mortgage purchase for a father and son team who operates outside of Florida. The duo wanted to expand to Englewood, FL, so we funded a private mortgage on their owner-occupied office building. The city of Englewood is a breathtaking beach and ecotourism destination south of Sarasota and Venice. Our borrowers sought to expand their business and required a quick closing. As a no-income verification mortgage, we could finalize the closing without requiring an appraisal.
Gelt does not shy away from complicated and difficult financing situations. We work with clients who would not qualify for traditional bank financing due to quick closing, poor credit, not enough documentation, or other challenging situations. When your bank says NO, we say YES!
