Jack: You know what? I have one correction. You know what tomorrow is? February 1st. And you know when we started the company? February 1st, 1989. So tomorrow is 31 years.
Marcy: My point is that if you can find us, you’re gonna like us better. You know, out of all the bridge lenders, hard money that’s out there in the world, you’re gonna like us because you get the best service with us.

Marcy: And Jack and I were the loan committee. So we are the ones that you talk with directly from the very beginning, and we decide if we’re gonna do the deal, and we take it from there. And you don’t find that out there in the United States.
Jack: You know what else? I think people like us. They can speak directly to us. They’re not just an account number. It’s not a huge company. There’s, I think, 10 or 12 people in the office, something like that. So they can always speak to us. We have a lot of flexibility, so we can meet. We do a lot of things that other companies just can’t do.
Marcy: I mean, obviously, it works for us, but if it to work for them, so we listen to you too to healthily meet your needs.
