Through the years, we’ve come to love our borrowers. They’ve given us hope and shown us opportunities and encouraged us with their visions, and we’ve been able to work hand in hand with them. We’ve been able to learn so much from working with our borrowers; it’s really been unbelievable. And we’re so grateful. Each one of them brings a different perspective and every different way of looking at things. And look, we don’t always agree with them, but we, our eyes are wide open, and we genuinely love working with our borrowers. Our borrowers are small businesses and some mid-sized businesses, real estate investors who are filled with hope and opportunity for a better tomorrow to make money using our capital, which we love providing.
