“Hey, this is Jack Miller of Gelt Financial. As you know, we’re making this YouTube channel, and I figured I’d give you a little insight into the Gelt culture. I was yesterday so excited and pumped because I’m getting emails. Yesterday was Monday, by the way. All weekend long, I was getting emails, texts, and calls from the great Gelt team. Last night, I happened to know one of the girls was in at about 9:39, working hard, and she was sending out the emails and doing a lot of tedious work. To be candid with you, we’re a little bit behind because it’s tax season and a lot of other reasons. Till 11, 11:30 at night, that’s the Gelt culture. I was on the phone at about 9:30, 10:00 with a customer, and I know a bunch of people in the office were. We are hard-working, honest, you know, salt of the earth people, and we, to be candid with you, work round the clock. There’s no weekends, of course, weekends and days off, but weekends and days off are still a work day, and we’re still getting things done. That’s just what we have to do to be successful today. That’s what our customers expect. Competition is fierce, and we need to keep up with that, and that’s the Gelt culture. We really do work round the clock, 24/7 for our customers.
