Joint Venture Real Estate Equity
Gelt Financial is looking to partner with local investors for the purpose of doing Joint Venture Real Estate Equity deals with them. According to company Founder Jack Miller “It is as simple as the local partner finds the deals and does the work, Gelt will put up all of the required and necessary capital debt or equity to do the deal and we split the deals and profit”
We are looking for real estate operators and partners in South Florida, Orlando, and Tampa as well as Philadelphia and its suburbs, including South Jersey. We are open to long- or short-term holds on deals
Gelt can supply the necessary capital as well as administration, accounting, and property management, but we need the partners to find the deals and do the onsite work.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can find great deals but does not have or does not want to use their cash to get into the deals.
