Marcy and Jack talk about rush closings and how quickly Gelt can close on first mortgages

“Jack: Hey, this is.
Marcy: Marcy.
Jack: At Gelt Financial. I’m Jack at Gelt Financial. We wanted to talk to you about rush closings. It’s something that a lot of people can’t do, and we excel at it.
Marcy: So, we’re going to talk about rush closing that we can get these deals done for you very fast.
Jack: So, a couple of things that we can do that I don’t think our competitors do. Number one, you talk to Marcy, you talk to me, you can get a term sheet done. We’ll quote your terms right on the phone within a half-hour. We’ll send you the term sheet.
Marcy: You sign it; we’re on our way.
Jack: If there’s an appraisal that was done by somebody else in the deal blow up.
Marcy: We’ll take it.
Jack: If we like the property, we’ll take it. We approve the deal today without an appraisal.
Marcy: Without an appraisal because the loan-to-value is really low, and we’re like we can go with it, and we will close within 10 working business days.
Jack: We just closed the deal. We closed the deal in Chicago last week on the warehouse.
Marcy: In less than 10 working days.
Jack: And there was no appraisal. We closed the deal in— and coincidentally another deal in Chicago, I think around Christmas or New Year’s, on the shopping center. It was bought in an auction. No appraisal. Not on every deal. Don’t yell at us if we don’t do it. We have to feel comfortable with the value with the property, make all the decisions internally. We don’t have to go anywhere for anything else. We can get the deal closed quick. Quick, quick, quick. So, I just want to put that out there as an emphasis point.
Marcy: And it’s so enjoyable working with Jack and I too.
Jack: That’s right. What else did I leave out?
Marcy: I think you’re good. I think that we’re just, you know, if you have something that lands on your desk and you think it’s something that’s gonna fit for us, send it our way, and we will take a look at it.
